I recently stumbled upon Nisbets and was curious to see the inventory and purchase a couple of items. I needed new clogs for work and the click and collect service was fast, quick and reliable. I want to particular thank Sheilisa for her amazing customer service, she was hugely knowledgeable, helped me with multiple queries without any awkwardness or hesitance, she was so happy and genuinely there to help me. She really went above and beyond and made my visit that much more enjoyable and pleasant. Purchased a knife from here, they had a great selection and were able to let me get hands on. Price was good too. What stood out was the professional friendly & knowledgeable staff who were able to sort us out with a display model because the knife I picked was not in stock. Would definatly recommend.

Excellent experience! Open on Saturday following Manager’s initiative, the COVID measures were sensible and safe and the service superb. We bought some Wüsthof knives after looking at , and handling, various brands. Really pleased with our purchases and if they were cheaper on line it was worth the extra few pounds to know exactly how they feel and look.

I recently visited Nisbets to get some cocktail sets for my Hen Do and I would really recommend this store. The quality is amazing, so I will be able to keep them for many years to come. However the Staff are truly amazing. We met Ricardo and he helped me choose the right items, advised what I needed and what I probably didnt and then even helped give me advice on how to make cocktails and how to use the set I bought. He really was truly exceptional and went above and beyond. I will definitely be back for the advice, quality of the items and amazing customer service. Thank you Ricardo

I've been to Nisbets a number of times now and I have to give them credit - wonderful cheerful, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Meanwhile their prices are fantastic and the quality of products is brilliant, nothing like the other poor offerings everywhere else. Yet again I left the shop with a big grin on my face, along with a top notch pro-sumer hand blender at a bargain discount. Thanks to you all for being enthusiastic about your products and always putting your customers first. Great work, great team, we will be back!
